On average we have between 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts a day. And it is those thoughts that shap our subconscious mind, and our subconscious mind that shapes our reality. Our character is literally a collection of what we think. If we think negative we see negative. If we think positive we see positive. And the most effective way to make this thousands of daily thoughts positive is by simply having a heart of gratitude. That gratitude will then shape our attitude. And we all know that a bad attitude is like a flat tire. Unless we change it, we can’t really go anywhere.
So my challenge to you all is to start your day out by identifying 3 things you are grateful for, and write them down. Before anything else, be grateful.
